Episode Recap:
A hard core porn producer, Tyson Shaw, is murdered in his hot tube, and despite the man's dubious past Shark and the team hustle to find his killer. They are led to a battered women's shelter where they meet its founder and director, Brent Gilroy, who they discover had a relationship with one of Shaw's girls after she'd left the industry. All the evidence points to Brent as a jealous killer, but by the time they go to arrest him Brent's called a press conference to announce that he'd killed Shaw to protect the women Shaw exploited in his films. With public opinion solidly on his side, it appears that Brent will walk, but Shark is convinced that he had an ulterior, personal motive for the crime. After finding the girl Brent had apparently killed to protect, Shark discovers that he is wrong; Brent hadn't killed anyone at all, but had tried to take the fall to protect the woman he loved.
